Geoffrey Moore's classic business book 'Crossing the Chasm' highlights the challenge of growing the sales of a technology product from the early to mainstream market.  After promising early sales, many tech businesses have major difficulties continuing sales growth - unless they fully recognise the 'sales chasm' and have the right strategy to cross it.

At this BEN event three highly experienced technology marketers describe their varied experiences and give recommendations.  They will also discuss whether the nature of this chasm has changed since the publication of the book nearly 20 years ago.
